Making sweet pickled peppers

Not exactly Rachel Ray or Martha Stewart level, but it’s my very first cooking video!

Made a small batch of bright and colourful sweet pickled peppers yesterday morning and thought I’d try filming myself make them so if anyone has wanted to try their own hand at it, they might be inspired. Some people use only banana peppers and slice into rings so they look like calamari (squid), but I’ve got a bunch of coloured bell pepper plants as well and chose an assortment to fill up the last three oddball jars I had left to do this “cold pack” canning method. Someone’s bound to email me and tell me I did it “wrong” but they haven’t killed me or anyone else yet, so nyah nyah.
